The Role:
Our purpose is to save clients' time, money and stress when it comes to managing property.
As a Henderson Property Manager, your responsibilities are extensive and varied, however, you will be responsible for the overall onboarding and management of residential properties.
We're after driven individuals with proven Property Management experience who want a fresh start in a dynamic, innovative agency.
Duties include and are not limited to:
- Onboarding new clients
- Promotion and leasing of properties including feedback to owners
- Manage tenancy renewals and rent increases
- Entry/routine/exit inspections/maintenance
- Monitor and action rent arrears
- Issue breach and other notices as required
- Manage bond refunds and resident disputes
- Trust accounting
- Administrative duties including preparation of documents, phone & written communication and accurate electronic filing
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager min 5 years experience.
- Current real estate registration
- Current NSW drivers licence
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
