Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our cafe. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
• Hire, train, and motivate cafe staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Manage and work within set budgets.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Implement and enforce health and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with the owner and other stakeholders to develop and execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and a passion for quality coffee (barista experience is a must5).
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles.
• Food Safety Supervisor certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Valid Driver's License and own reliable transport
