AddressWe are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager for a brand new bakery shop located in Fremantle trading 7 days a week from a similar food and beverage environment who excels in strong people management and leading others. You will enjoy thriving in a busy environment as well as leading your team to ensure a welcoming environment that strives to exceed guest expectations.
This role is essential in assisting in the effective and efficient running of front of house operations.
- Lead by example and be hands on with your team in all aspects of café operations
- Effective management of all floor staff ensuring quality of service
- Manage costs to meet targets and identify opportunities to build the business
- Maintain and grow customer relationships
- Deliver exceptional service, ensuring a high standard of consistency and quality
- Rostering of staff
- Responsible for stock management and ordering
- Work with the Head Office on budgeting and cost controls
- Maintain shop presentation, cleanliness and integrity for your team and customers

- Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced environment
- Sound decision making and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Keen interest to inspire others to learn and develop
