About The Role:
A new vacancy has opened at our client's south of the river venue for an experienced Cafe Manager to come in and lead day to day operations. You will oversee a team of 15 - 20 direct reports over Front of House and Back of House operations with the support of the Head Office team. You will oversee all aspects of business management such as rostering, stocktakes as well as staff training and performance management.

- At least 2 years of previous experience in a hospitality management role with a focus on food and beverage operations
- Barista experience and ability to handle fast paced coffee service
- Financial acumen fitting of a Cafe Manager with knowledge of labour, stock control and sales.
- A passion for delivery incredible customer service
- Experience in recruiting and managing a high performing team
- High personal presentation standards
- Incredible eye for detail and presentation standards
