Position: Cafe ManagerLocation: Kraken Sourdough, Huskisson (Jervis Bay)
Role Overview:
The Cafe Manager will lead our team in delivering exceptional service, operational excellence, and community engagement. As the Cafe Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, coffee bartending,ensuring high-quality service, and upholding our standards of excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Lead and motivate the cafe team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory, sales, and staff scheduling.
- Previous experience in a manager’s role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
- Train, supervise, and support staff to maintain high service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Foster positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and the community.
- Collaborate with management to achieve business KPIs and targets.
- Ability to work in early mornings; weekend and holiday work is essential.
