We are currently recruiting for talented and experienced Full Time Cafe Manager who places the customer first and makes the very best coffee this side of town! Located within a busy corporate office, this "in house" cafe role will see you working in a fast-paced environment, operating the very best equipment and using the very best beans and products. You will manage a small passionate and friendly team.
Key Duties:
With great customer service and Supervisory experience, you will be an expert in all things coffee and have the ability to:
- Operationally manage the outlet on a day to day basis
- Work with the Operations Manager to achieve budgets and targets
- Effectively train and manage the team
- Maintain equipment
- Be real people person with a great welcoming personality
- Work well in a close-knit team
- Be RSA qualified
