About the Role
- The iconic Big Banana is seeking a Cafe Manager for our Licensed Going Bananas Café and Ice Creamery
- Responsible for motivating, developing and leading a large team
- Create a culture that delivers the highest standard of Customer Service
- Monitor food standards to ensure that it is presented & served in line with the companies high standards
- Ensure the business meets the highest health & safety standards
- Monitoring of deliveries, inventory & orders
- Implementing and improving systems and standards
About You
- Experience in hospitality management (3 year minimum)
- The Café Manager manages all day-to-day operations, to ensure a smooth running of the business. You will bring a friendly, positive and energetic attitude that is contagious to your team
- Hold a current NSW RSA
- A passionate professional who loves working “hands on” in hospitality & working with a diverse group of people
- An ability to coach, develop, manage and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- An ability to maintain professional relationships with customers and suppliers
- Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Possess strong barista skills
