Full-time FOH Manager and assistant manager positions available across our 2 venues with another venue due to open mid June.
We are looking for passionate leaders who love hospitality and know how to make things happen in a fast paced venue.
About the role…
As a Venue Manager you must:
- Inspire and lead our team
- Coordinate daily operations including rostering and stock control
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Monitor revenue, labour costs and COGS
- Implement revenue increasing strategies
- Train staff to our company standards

Essential for the role
- Able to work early mornings
- Some of our stores don't have early morning public transport so owning a car is important
- We are a 7 day business so weekend work us a must
- Management experience of 2 or more years
- Well groomed and presented
