As Head Chef of Rubia Cafe, you'll play a central role in shaping our culinary offerings to ensure excellence across our diverse food outlets, taking ownership of our Cafe Rubia. 

We operate multiple food outlets within the Club including:

• Arrows Restaurant - The Bower Tree’s popular modern Australian eatery, serving seasonal local produce with all the classic favourites
• Pizzeria– Delivers pizzas made from traditional recipes using the finest of ingredients
• Cafe Rubia - modern all day/night dining and the finest barista made coffee's
• Functions -  Our top floor function spaces, including a main room seating over 210 guests, offer versatile settings for various events, from corporate gatherings to private celebrations. 

The Role

We're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join our team on a full-time basis, working Tuesday through Saturday including days and nights (occasional change due to operational demands). As the Head Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our meals, working alongside a dedicated catering team to deliver exceptional service in our commercial kitchen with a strong customer focus.
