We are seeking a full time Call Centre Consultant who will be the first point of contact for phone and online enquiries in our busy contact centre at Broadmeadow.
Someone who will provide excellent customer service via phone, email and live-chat to a wide variety of stakeholders including apprentices, employers, job seekers, residential tenants and students; answer questions about VERTO's service and programs; and provide general administrative support, including data entry, printing and scanning.
A demonstrated passion for customer service and proven ability to manage high volumes of phone and electronic customer enquiries will be essential to success in this role.
You'll have
- Great interpersonal skills including exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A proven ability to manage challenging customer behaviour, problem solve and resolve complaints.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Call centre or high volume reception experience is desirable but not essential.
