The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients over the phone to introduce them to our solar solutions
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored advice and solutions
- Maintain high levels of Customer Service and satisfaction
- Work towards sales targets and KPIs with a motivated team
- Be an ambassador for Smart Solar and our mission to promote renewable energy
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years' experience in phone sales
- Exceptional communication skills – you're clear, concise, and persuasive
- A high level of enthusiasm and energy
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
