National Dental Care / DB Dental is seeking a vibrant, organised and professional Dental Call Centre Operator to join our Call Centre team in North Fremantle.

About the Roster:
- Various shifts between operational hours of 6:00am to 5:00pm weekdays
- Possibility of occasional State Public Holiday shifts (between 06:00am to 03:00pm)
About the Role:
- Answering all inbound and outbound phone and email queries attending to them or redirecting them as appropriate
- Liaise with practices, external specialists/allied health providers, and other stakeholders
- Systems used - D4W, Salesforce
About You:
- Minimum of 12 months Call Centre experience (desirable)
- Ability to speak Mandarin/ Chinese (desirable)
- Have clear and friendly telephone manner and voice
- Be warm, caring, reliable, organised with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and take initiative within your role as well as provide support to colleagues
- Able to solve problems and remain calm under pressure
- Understand the importance of sensitive and confidential information keeping
- Have exceptional attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills
- Be proficient in using computers including Microsoft Office
- Dental industry experience is preferred however training will be provided to the right candidate
