We have an exciting opportunity for a high performing outbound salesperson to join our Customer Retention team! Autoleague are currently seeking a Full Time, self-motivated, high performing outbound salesperson to join our professional Customer Relations Department. You will be responsible for contacting existing customers of Autoleague, to secure vehicle service appointments.
A strong focus on maximising customer retention by building value of our service operations and maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism. Your confidence on the phone and ability to sell and secure service appointments, will ensure your success in this role. Willing to train the right candidate.
Outstanding phone manner and written communication skills High level of computer competency & excellent attention to detail Exceptional time management skills Strong focus & discipline on maintaining processes and standards Ability to manage numerous applications at one time High level of integrity & professionalism A team player with the ability to work in a vibrant team environment Experience working in the automotive industry is high desirable but not essential Experience working in an Outbound Contact Centre achieving set targets/KPI's would be advantageous Proven sales capability with previous sales experience including objection handling
