• 6M contract positions with 2 days WFH a week
• Must be self motivated and have high attention to detail

Your New RoleWe are looking for several Customer Care Consultants which will see you providing quality customer service and administration to help with a range of insurance policy holding clients.

A Day In The Life
- Email Management
- Data Entry / Administration
- Taking inbound calls in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Manage the escalation process and flag to the correct area
- Updating policy holder details
- Providing high levels of customer service in a fast paced Call Centre environment

Your Background, Skills And Experience
- Proven success in a Call Centre | Customer Service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Access
- Understanding of Insurance, Super or Financial services will be highly regarded
- High attention to detail
- You will be provided with a Lap top and headset
