A Day In The Life- Email Management- Data Entry / Administration- Taking inbound calls in a high volume, fast paced environment- Manage the escalation process and flag to the correct area- Updating policy holder details- Providing high levels of customer service in a fast paced Call Centre environment
Your Background, Skills And Experience- Proven success in a Call Centre | Customer Service role- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Proficient in Word, Excel and Access- Understanding of Insurance, Super or Financial services will be highly regarded- High attention to detail- You will be provided with a Lap top and headset
