Working Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 14h30, you'll lead a team of up to 12 talented sales advisors. With our high-performing part-time sales teams, you'll have the opportunity to achieve big goals while still enjoying your afternoons for yourself – whether it's chilling on the beach, doing the school run, or hitting the gym.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of up to 12 individuals
- Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring team members are engaged and inspired to achieve their best
- Utilise your problem-solving skills to address challenges and maintain operational efficiency
- Support team members' growth and success
- Coach and guide team members on compliance with sales regulations and company policies, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices.
The Details:
- Monday to Friday
- 08h00 to 14h30
- No Weekends
- 30 hours per week
- Permanent role
- Salary based on a retainer plus incentives
- On Target Earnings of $81450 ( Including Incentive and super)
- On Target earnings guaranteed for your first three months
- 3 Weeks induction training that runs from 08h00 to 16h00 Monday to Friday (fully paid)
About you:
- Previous leadership experience is essential
- Passionate about team development and committed to helping team members reach their potential
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a busy call-centre environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales Experience or working toward targets and KPI’s
