We are seeking an experienced Call Centre Manager to join our existing team.
The role would suit applicants looking for a full-time workload and permanent positions are available for the right candidate. The applicant should have at least twelve months of senior leadership experience in an outbound Call centre setting. The Call centre runs from 9am until 7pm weekdays and 9am until 5pm on Saturdays.

Applicants must have proven skills and experience in the following key areas:
- Recent experience as a Call centre Manager or similar
- Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence and personal integrity
- The ability to prioritise tasks and have a high attention to detail
- A high level of organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work to predetermined time frames.
