About Ladybug House
Ladybug House is a family-owned paediatric clinic based in Keilor East, providing occupational therapy and speech pathology care to children up to the age of 9 years.

About the role
Due to high demand for our services, we have opportunities available for full-time and part-time Speech Pathologists at all levels to join our team.
Whether you are a new Graduate, an early career Speechie with a few years’ experience under your belt, or a seasoned pro looking for a Team Leader role, we would love you meet you!
We offer daily check-ins, weekly 1:1 supervision, extensive assessment & therapy resources, along with a generous professional development budget and leave, all tailored to support you wherever you are in your journey.
About you
You have a desire to work within a paediatric healthcare setting and enjoy being part of a team environment. You are empathetic, show initiative and have a strong focus on providing solutions for your patients.
You are highly organised and detail-oriented, with an ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy work environment. You have exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to communicate with people at all levels.
Most of all, you’re passionate about providing excellent and compassionate care to children and their families.
You have:
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology
- Registration with Speech Pathology Australia
- Ability to work between the hours of 8.30am – 5.00pm
- Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check
- Permanent working rights with no restrictions
