What makes you shine?

• Bartenders - As a Bartender at Basq, you will play a key role in creating a memorable experience for our patrons. You will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails and mocktails, while maintaining high standards of presentation and taste. Your expertise in mixology, attention to detail, and ability to provide exceptional customer service will set you apart. 

Applicants must possess a minimum of two years of relevant prior experience in this position to be considered. Preferred availability for this position includes day, night, and/or weekend shifts. This position is offered on a permanent full time and part time basis, although casual positions may also be considered. 

• Front of House  - As a member of our Front-of-House team, you will provide exceptional customer service, take orders, serve food and beverages, handle payments, and assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the café. Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment are essential.

• Baristas - We are looking for talented and skilled to craft the perfect cup of coffee. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art skills, and a passion for creating memorable coffee experiences are highly valued.
