- Employment Part-time/Full-time - Term Contract (temporary up to 27 Dec 2024)
- Perform customer-focused front reception and telephone duties with professionalism and courtesy.
- Record personal, sensitive, and confidential client information from phone or in-person interactions.
- Coordinate venue bookings, travel arrangements, and accommodation, and prepare itineraries.
- Aid in administrative tasks such as processing vehicle logs, travel, training, and study requests.
- Manage resource ordering, monitoring, and reporting, including equipment and services.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, regarding sensitive issues.
- Effective workload management, working autonomously to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Demonstrated teamwork skills and positive contribution to workplace culture in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence and continuous service improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to utilise a variety of computer software applications including MS Office Suite
- Experience with providing administrative support.
- An understanding of confidentiality and privacy.
- DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)
