We are looking to appoint a Key Account Manager at our Wacol location.
The position entails promoting and selling all TES Products to current and future clients, and to provide technical advice and information to TES customers whilst working closely with the State Manager in developing strategies to professionally promote TES products. To be primarily based in the office managing customer enquiries with the ability to go out and do service calls, deliveries and providing service to both new and existing customers.
Knowledge and experience:
- Demonstrated experience within customer service and sales
- Good understanding of and relevant experience in the transport industry
- Experience in the specification and quoting of transport hydraulics, hydraulic circuit design and diagnostic skills will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills
- Skilled at building excellent customer relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Problem solving and mediation skills
- Competent with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
