Chefs and Chef Managers:

• Chef qualifications
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate

All candidates

• Oil and Gas Industry Safety Induction (ISI or DCGI)
• A national police clearance (dated within 3 months)
• Current 4WD certificates (PMASUP236)
• Full Australian driver license

As the Camp Manager you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the camp
• Lead the Desert City team on site
• Liaising directly with the client on site and planning and adapting as required
• Listening to customers and altering menus to the feedback
• Preparing great meals – Lunches & Dinners
• Making bread, desserts and cakes as required
• Ensuring all company and client’s KPI’s are met
• Owning responsibility for your own safety and those around you

As the Camp Chef you will be responsible for:

• Listening to customers and adapting service to the feedback
• Supporting the Chef Manager
• Preparing breakfasts and other meals; including dine in and take away 
• Making bread, desserts and cakes from scratch
• General kitchen duties
• Driving between locations in the field
• You may support the Camp Attendant with cleaning if required
• Owning responsibility for your own safety and those around you
