All candidates (required):
- Chef qualifications
- A national police clearance (dated within 6 months)
- Full Australian driver license
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Highly desirable qualifications/experience:
- Oil and Gas Industry Safety Induction (ISI or DCGI)
- Current 4WD certificates (PMASUP236)
- Previous experience working in remote environments
As the Camp Manager you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the camp
- Lead the Desert City team on site
- Liaising directly with the client on site and planning and adapting as required
- Listening to customers and altering menus to the feedback
- Preparing great meals – Lunches & Dinners
- Making bread, desserts and cakes as required
- Ensuring all company and client’s KPI’s are met
- Owning responsibility for your own safety and those around you
As the Camp Chef you will be responsible for:
- General kitchen duties
- Listening to customers and adapting service to the feedback
- Supporting the Chef Manager
- Preparing breakfasts and other meals; including dine in and take away
- Making bread, desserts and cakes from scratch
- Driving between locations in the field
- You may support the Camp Attendant with cleaning if required
- Owning responsibility for your own safety and those around you
