Form of workAn exciting opportunity exists for a Campaign Manager to join one of the Sunshine Coast's largest Real Estate agencies - Ray White Maroochydore
The campaign and Marketing Manager's role is centred around three parts that are integral to the overall position of the business and brand
Part 1: Oversee all of our office marketing across the sales and property management departments. This includes managing and maintaining relationships with existing suppliers, stakeholders and our offshore VA processing team
Part 2: Liaise with our established team of sales professionals to ensure that all of our client's property-related marketing campaigns are effective. Our multi-faceted campaigns include placing advertising in several channels including the major property portals, social media accounts; print media; printed materials and signage products.
Part 3: Client Events play a pivotal role in our overall marketing strategy that allows us to bring the community in which we work in closer together, we commonly run events for between 40 to 400 people throughout the year.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a keen eye for detail and a passion for marketing while also enjoying working in a fast-paced environment with plenty of variation.

The Opportunity:
- Work alongside and provide support to our elite sales team
- Coordination of all marketing for our office and agents
- Preparation of property marketing campaigns
- Sales listing management
Your Background
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and develop working relationships
- The ability to manage multiple tasks
- A positive ‘can do attitude’ with a willingness to be coached
- Understand the term ‘Family Values’ and what it means to implement these core values in a workplace environment
- Google accounts experience (preferred but not essential)
