Overall purpose:
Develop and execute successful marketing campaigns with a team of specialists to retain Corporate Traveller customers, increase loyalty, and grow customer lifetime value.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop multi-channel/integrated Customer Campaigns (webinars, emails, blogs, organic, e-magazine, customer resources, hospitality, events)
- Foster relationships with stakeholders both internal and external (presenting plans, materials, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal and external partners and agency teams
- Analyse data and optimise campaign performance
- Partner with teams to create messaging and tools for customer adoption
- Deliver integrated campaign content and offers
- Manage and optimise customer communications based on loyalty tiers
- Lead communications for service-related changes
- Track and manage campaign elements
- Demonstrate marketing best practices and go-to-market execution
- Understand positioning and messaging for our customer care program
- Meet regularly with teams and provide campaign information
- Report on KPIs and performance insights
- Do strategic campaign planning with understanding of demand generation by adding value to our customers
- Create and maintain marketing activity plan
- Manage budget and ensure ROI
- Organise and structure campaign reports for leadership
Required skills and experience:
- 3+ years B2B marketing campaign experience
- B2B customer retention, advocacy and cross-sell marketing experience
- Marketing automation and Salesforce experience
- Ability to anticipate internal/external customer needs
- Agility, experimental mindset, fast pace
- Content ideation skills
- Analytical mind and customer centric problem-solving passion
