Only About Children BerwickOnly About Children Berwick is a beautiful, small childcare centre located at 2A Gibb Street Berwick and has 54 places across 3 rooms. We are close to public transport with plenty of bus stops within a seven-minute walk that connect to the wider area in both directions.
We value community connections at OAC Berwick and aim to provide the very best care for our children in everything we do. Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Campus Director to support the team, children, and families through leadership.

Working in collaboration with key functional business partners in Operations, Education, People & Culture and Family Support - the Campus Director is accountable for the management of the campus as a whole, including the delivery of educational leadership and financial performance. A strong reliance on constructive communication and collaboration between different functional areas is a critical component of the role.

- Ensuring child safety and welfare at all times
- Being a positive role model by coaching and mentoring team members through Educational Leadership
- Ensuring ongoing, professional and timely communication between the campus and families
- Taking personal responsibility for modelling and driving our HEART values and leadership practices
