AddressInitially the Deputy PrincipalCampus Director at Kolbe Catholic College will be responsible for setting up the Mickleham campus which will open in 2026. The position will also oversee some of the day to day operations of the current Greenvale Lakes site. From 2026 the Deputy PrincipalCampus Director will be primarily responsible for the day to day operations and student management on the Mickleham campus.

Deputy Principal, Category B, Level 7
Salary: As per Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022
Full-time, 4-year contract with the possibility of renewal
Commencement Date: January 2025
Location: Greenvale Lakes (2025 Academic year), Greenvale and Mickleham Campus (As of 2026)
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively support the Catholic identity and mission of Kolbe Catholic College.
- Set and monitor high standards for students, staff, and all community members.
- Lead the Campus Leadership Team.
- Support the College's Student Wellbeing Strategy and Professional Standards Strategy.
- Contribute to recruitment processes for leadership and teaching positions.

Qualifications and Experience:
- An appropriate qualification in education is required.
- Postgraduate qualification in educational leadership or another area of education is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated successful experience in educational leadership is highly desirable.
- Accreditation to Teach Religious Education is desirable.
- Possession of a current Victorian driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.
