Carmichael College is looking for a full-time, proactive, hands-on Campus Facilities Coordinator who will lead and manage a team of maintenance, grounds and cleaning staff to deliver exceptional levels of service across the Campus.

About the Role:
You will enjoy providing a high standard of service and care to ensure the Campus is maintained in a safe, clean, and functional state, supporting a positive learning environment.
About you:
- You will have a clear sense of calling to do Christian mission within the College context and the ability to model Christ to students, community, and staff
- You will have prior strong budgeting and resource allocation experience
- A trade qualification is preferred but not essential
- Demonstrate a high work ethic and exceptional work quality
- Be able to provide strong leadership and mentoring for your team
- Be highly organised with a successful track record in prioritising requests and managing workflows for yourself and your team
- Have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively at all levels of the organisational structure
