About the Role:
Working alongside our General Manager & National Facilities Manager, our ideal candidate will be the Key Account Facilities Coordinator to our current client and service provider networks, as part of this role they will also be maintaining and improving operational processes within our wider team.

We’re looking for:
Construction and Building services or Facilities services qualifications and experience, with experience managing contracts within the Facilities Management industry highly advantageous.
Excellent communicator with diverse and above average ability (written & verbal) which will include preparing regular client reports.
Highly organised with demonstrated ability of efficient time management.
A resilient personality with a positive attitude.
Definite team player and passionate self-starter.
Computer literacy with CRM & FMS/CMMS experience.
Duties and responsibilities:
The role forms part of our JKFM Team based at Milton. It is a B2B focused position and carries responsibility for key accounts contract management by implementing JKFM’s customer service and operational strategies.
Under the National Facilities Manager’s guidance, you will be expected to contribute to tenders for new services, by preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with new clients.
Continuously reviewing existing client contracts, with the objective to identify service improvements, and to develop strategies, program of works, and new services to achieve improvements.
Prepare, and negotiate variations to existing contracts to achieve the identified service improvements, scope & frequency variations requested by the clients, additional sites to a client’s portfolio.
Contractor management, ensure compliance and WHS processes are strictly followed, and all related paperwork is in place; issue and manage Work Orders; ensure full contractor and service accountability is maintained by service report completion and submission in line with contracted KPIs.
Prepare and submit regular reports to advise senior management and client stakeholders of the contracted services progress, identifying key milestones, either completed or upcoming, service non-conformances/deficiencies and the action/process taken/put in place to rectify, financial reporting, confirming budget adherence, or identifying upcoming unbudgeted spending required due to unforeseen defects/damages.
