Welcome to Universal Store! We are Australia's dynamic, fast-growing retail destination for curated street fashion, denim, and footwear. Due to substantial business growth, we’re looking for an experienced, personable, and passionate Facilities Coordinator to join the Retail Operations team.
About the Role:
Based at our Support Office in Eagle Farm, this newly created role will work closely with our Facilities Manager and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
You will be responsible for overseeing:
- Maintenance and repairs.
- Managing contractors with vendors.
- Handling procurement and accounts related to facility operations.
- Create and maintain accurate records to support auditing and administrative tasks.
The successful person will have:
- A minimum of 2 years within a similar role.
- Experience with MS Office applications and comfortable with learning & applying bespoke software applications.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the desire to form positive internal and external working relationships.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, while also managing individual responsibilities effectively.
- Good knowledge in Fresh Service or IT service desk programs + CMMS program (a bonus).
