SalaryRidge International College is a privately owned Registered Training Organization (RTO No 45472 and CRICOS Number 03747K) that provides vocational qualifications to both international and domestic students. The college offers a diverse range of courses, including Hospitality and Kitchen Management, Leadership Management, Aged Care and Disability, Community Services, Childcare, and IT. Programs range from Certificate III to Graduate Diploma levels, as well as English language courses.
Purpose:
• To lead a team of experienced VET and ELICOS professionals, encompassing trainers/assessors, student support, academic, accounts, and administrative staff, focusing on continuous improvement and professional development.
• To ensure the team delivers quality education and assessment, adheres to academic standards, and complies with international and domestic regulations, including RTO Standards 2015, National Code 2018, ESOS Act 2000, and ELICOS Standards 2018.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing daily operations of the campus
• Collaborating closely with the academic team to monitor course delivery
• Engaging with agents and partners to support student career development
• Achieving student retention and revenue goals through proactive engagement
• Providing training and support to team members
• Addressing student and internal stakeholder queries and complaints
• Ensuring ongoing professional development for self and team
• Providing accurate information on enrolment processes
• Conducting performance reviews and professional development sessions
• Monitoring staff and student productivity
• Creating timetables and training activities
• Establishing compliance strategies
• Reporting directly to the CEO on any significant issues
Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences:
• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree from an Australian university
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in VET delivery and operations
• Proficiency in Student Management and Learning Management Systems, including AVITIMIS data submission
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and procedures
• Positive attitude, dedication, and reliability
