Nurse Unit Manager - Avoca Campus

We are looking for someone with a high level of leadership skills to step into the role of Nurse Unit Manager at Avoca Campus. This is a management role in one or our three residential aged care sites. It is a fantastic leadership opportunity to work with a great team that is passionate about working in aged care and is fully accredited. Our residents receive great care under the principles of Montessori. Nurse Unit Manager – Avoca Campus - Aged Care

Full Time – 80 hours per fortnight

Classification: Nurse Unit Manager Level 2 (NM11)

Award: Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024

Qualifications:

Technical/Professional Knowledge and skills

• Demonstrated experience at a management level in health
• In depth knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, funding, accreditation framework and policies
