What do we need you to do?Fostering positive relationships and effective communication, the village
Support Coordinator contributes to village management spanning administrative aspects of a retirement village, including operational, lifestyle and governance elements to ensure the village provides high-quality services in a safe and welcoming environment while operating within budget parameters and meeting compliance requirements under guidance of the Village Manager.What do we need you to bring?Typically, this role will require two or more years' experience in the field of frontline customer service. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be organised, systematic, thorough, accurate and disciplined. You will be continuing to develop in your area of expertise and be expected to provide innovative ideas to solve problems in your discipline.
