Coordinator Development Assessment and Regulation Support
Permanent Full-time Opportunity – 35 hour week - 19-day 4-week cycle.
Salary range $105,748.76 - $122,897.32 per annum + 11% superannuation, depending on skills and experience.

The Opportunity
The Coordinator Development Assessment and Regulation Support manages and leads a team of staff that deliver a range of internal business services that provides timely and efficient administrative support across a broad range of functions and teams, coordinating and organising support services to facilitate smooth, responsive business operations within the team.

About You

  1. Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or other relevant related discipline and/or extensive experience coordinating administrative functions within a fast-paced busy customer focused environment.
  2. A broad range of previous leadership experience
  3. High attention to detail in both written and verbal communication
  4. Proven experience offering a high level of Customer Service
  5. Demonstrated experience in leading process improvement
  6. Ability to work under pressure managing and prioritising multiple tasks and conflicting work priorities
