About the role
Reporting into our Head of People and Culture, Supply, you will manage the design and execution of a world-class capability and training agenda for TWE's Supply Chain.
We are open to this role being based in Adelaide or Melbourne and we offer flexibility to enable you to support your stakeholders across the three time zones as required (A/NZ, Asia and EMEA).
This is a fixed term role for a nine month periof.
- Lead the design and execution of the Supply Capability and Development agenda to build the right capability for now and the future across the Supply division
- Own & seek to continuously improve the capability and development agenda including our Supply Frontline Leader Academy program
- Lead and own ANZ specific training requirements including external vendor relationships, TAFE, apprenticeship partners etc
- Provide advice, planning, program management and delivery of a range of initiatives across Supply globally in support of the global People strategy.
- Drive performance excellence through the sourcing of subject matter expertise for guidance and advice on capability development related matters
- Engage an evidence-based approach to learning management through thorough evaluation, measurement, and ROI
- Business partner as required on division wide talent and capability related initiatives
About you
We are searching for a driven individual with an innate curiosity who can lead our capability agenda while ensuring day to day training needs are met. We’re open on your skill set – maybe you’re coming from operations and want to try a capability role, or maybe you’re already an expert in L&D. Fundamentally, you’ll love being a business partner, have a passion for supply chain operations and leadership, and will know what it takes to deliver in a global, hands-on environment.
- Previous experience in an operations/manufacturing environment desirable and proven ability to work across all levels of the organisation from front-line to senior leadership
- Effective project management skills to effectively plan, manage and implement multiple projects/initiatives
- Creative flair to develop corporate and creative communications – documents, presentations packs, guides, learning programs and reports
- Able to engage a broad audience in workshops and team-based forums
