The Tech Lead Development assumes a pivotal role in overseeing the core systems development activities within for a listed Financial Services company.

Key responsibilities encompass various facets of the development process, including system design, development estimation, code reviews, and close collaboration with project teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
Although this role has no direct reports it is a Lead-level role setting the technical direction in alignment with project objectives, translating project stakeholder visions into comprehensive tech designs that consider dependencies with parallel projects and operational requirements.
This role also entails maintaining accountability for code quality, conducting peer reviews, automating unit testing, adhering to coding standards, enforcing security policies, overseeing project deployment, and managing the transition to the IT Operations team.

- Translating business requirements into comprehensive technical design documents
- Profound understanding of architectural concepts and cloud-based solution design

Experience:
- 10+ Years of software development experience
- A minimum of four years of experience in a Technical Lead role (essential)
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, and SQL Server
- Expertise in MVC applications, Javascript, SignalR, Angular, JQuery, and CSS
- Familiarity with web services, APIs (SOAP and REST), and WCF
- Experience with monitoring tools such as SonarQube, AppDynamics, and Splunk
