About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking a Capital Project Lead to join Rio Tinto at Cape Lambert. The Capital Project Lead will project manage the safe delivery of prioritised Divisional projects. This role will be rostered on either 8:6 or 5:2, 4:3 for FIFO or residential applicants with their own accommodation.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Project manage the safe delivery of prioritised Divisional projects across Cape Lamberts fixed plant, mobile assets and non-process infrastructure.
- Lead projects throughout the stages of project management (Define, Pre-feasibility, Feasibility, Implementation and Close out).
- Project and contractor management including, project design, tender evaluation, budget management, schedule management, risk identification and stakeholder engagement.
- Work closely with all site teams, internal and external partners.
Skills and Experience Required:
- An Engineering, Finance or Commerce degree or equivalent
- Project Management Qualifications desirable
- Current C Class Drivers licence
- Demonstrate relevant experience implementing and managing projects
- A proven capability and commitment to quality safety leadership
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work with autonomy in a high-pace role, managing multiple deliverables
- Sound computer skills and able to manage multiple software applications
