Join a Public Sector department as a Project Manager overseeing project delivery across the full project lifecycle for newbuilds and refurbishments. Reporting into a Manager who is both personable and extremely supportive, you will coordinate all aspects of project execution for Capital works. Your new role
In your role, you will be responsible for:
- Project delivery from feasibility through to completion of a variety of newbuilds and refurbishments on greenfield and brownfield sites
- Project managing a variety of Capital works ranging from $2M to $25M in value
- Managing a portfolio of 6-10 projects at a time
- Ensuring project milestones are met, and that delivery, performance and financial targets are achieved
- Assisting in the establishment of relationships with diverse stakeholders to manage risks and resolve issues impacting project delivery, including managing sensitive negotiations
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Building and Construction, Architecture, Engineering
- End-to-end project management experience with Capital work projects
- Building and construction design management experience
- Client-side project management experience is desirable
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Full working rights in Australia, valid Victorian drivers' license
