Over years we have built a great team in our busy Car Rental company in Victoria Park, we now have one vacancy for a Fulltime Car Rentals Salesperson to complete our team. The position involves working the days of Saturday to Wednesday and having Thursday and Friday off. Keeping in mind it is only working office hours and there are no night shifts at all or rotating rosters. The successful applicant must be well presented and have the ability to think on their feet whilst working in a fast paced team environment. You will primarily be responsible for vehicle rental sales and services whilst demonstrating outstanding customer service, and communication skills. Most of all you need to care about our company.
This position is unique and is different to working for the major Car Rental companies, there is much more diversity. One minute you could be assisting a customer the next returning a car or delivering a vehicle. You must have at the minimum basic computer skills, anymore though is very welcome and RCM experience would be great. As we say no one day is like next , everyday is different. In the past our employees have stayed for long periods, so an opportunity to join our team doesn't come up very often. This means we need to choose the right person for the job. As a successful applicant, your job will entail:-
- Assisting customers in the vehicle rental process
- Renting of vehicles and telephone reservations, and providing exceptional customer service to all our retail, corporate and government clients
- Daily reporting and fleet coordination
- Opening and closing rental agreements
- Sell coverage and ancillary products
- Managing reservations
- Checking vehicles in and out
- Completing accident and damage reports
- Constant monitoring, tracking and organising of fleet availability
This position will suit an individual with a sales and customer service background, preferably within hospitality and retail industry.
