We are seeking an experienced RN or previous Care Manager who ideally has prior experience managing a residential aged care home. Oversee the clinical care and lead a clinical team of a highly regarded NFP provider in this highly supported role.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse or leadership experience of 5+ years 
• Demonstrated leadership experience in an aged care facility 
• Valid Driver’s License 
• Strong understanding of aged care standards and legislation 
• Excellent time management & communication skills
