AddressWe are on the hunt for a Care Manager to join the team at a Nursing Home on the outskirts of Bathurst. You will be responsible for clinical oversight of the home along with a very supportive team.
Key Information:
- Salary in the region of $120,000 + Super + a relocation package if required.
- Fully accredited 70 bed Nursing home with a supportive structure on site.
- Responsible for overseeing the clinical team and clinical care provided to residents. You will support the Facility Manager with budget/funding as required.

- Must be an AHPRA Registered Nurse.
- At least 1 year experience as a Care Manager or similar within Aged Care – ideally looking for someone who has previous strong management experience prior and can hit the ground running.
- Leadership and Management skills - strong clinician and Leader.
