Lennox Head Tree Care is a leading Tree Pruning and Tree Removal company in The Northern Rivers of NSW, based in Lennox Head and West Ballina. Our work ranges from residential to commercial works. We are known for our intricate tree knowledge, excellent levels of service and ability to manage jobs that other companies can’t or won’t. As a result, the business has grown and we are looking to add the right kind of help. Are you good enough?
We are recruiting an Administration Manager for a minimum 30 hours per week (times to be negotiated between the successful applicant and Director) who will be responsible for assisting the Director in ensuring all office activities are completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner. You may currently be working for another Tree/Landscaping or related Trade Business and be looking for a new challenge.
Wherever you currently are, this is what you must be able to do to qualify to work at Lennox Head Tree Care:
- Be responsible for managing the work schedule for the team.
- Have knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable, processing and generating invoices.
- Have excellent customer service skills with a courteous phone manner and communicate effectively with clients.
- Communicate efficiently with the Director regarding end to end job progress.
- Ensure all tax obligations are met (GST/PAYE) and pay wages including any government requirements.
- Assist with marketing activities like handling the customer database and supporting social media content.
- Strive towards producing high quality work, adhering to crucial time frames.
- Have fun, enjoy and be proud of what you achieve in your working day. Share your successes.
- Be motivated and help your team to meet timelines whilst upholding the Lennox Head Tree Care professional image.
- Have a minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in an office administration or manager role. Having a previous Tree Service related position or similar in a Trade Business will be an advantage.
- Be experienced using XERO, Monday or similar data management systems, general IT skills and Microsoft products. Have capacity to manage multiple email inboxes.
- Simpro trained would be well revered.
