AddressWe are on the hunt for a Care Manager to join the team at a Nursing Home in the Eastern Suburbs. The home is in a prime spot for you to access public transport. You will be responsible for clinical oversight of the home along with a very supportive team.
Key Information:
- Salary is between $125,000 - $130,000 + super + bonus structure.
- 66 bed Nursing home with a supportive structure on site.
- Responsible for overseeing the clinical team and clinical care provided to residents. You will support the Facility Manager with budget/funding as required.

Skills and Requirements:
- Must be an AHPRA Registered Nurse.
- Experience as a Care Manager or similar within Aged Care – ideally looking for someone who has previous strong management experience prior and can hit the ground running.
- Leadership and Management skills - strong clinician and Leader.
- Passionate about making a difference.
