Working from a large modern facility in a stunning location
Care Manager needed to oversee and manage a team of enrolled nurses, registered nurses, carers and support staff in Sydney's North.
Work alongside the Facility Manager and assist with the day to day clinical needs of the facility and it's clients while overseeing AN-ACC, Infection Control, Care plans and management of care staff.
Collaborate with a professional and established management team with a primary focus of providing residents with the highest level of care and support in their 115-bed modern Aged Care facility.
Experience in a Care Manager or Facility Manager role required!

Your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for overseeing the clinical duties of a 115-bed aged care facility in Turramurra
Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager
Oversee AN-ACC and Care Planning
Be responsible for infection control within the facility
Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager
Requirements/Skills:
Current AHPRA registration
Full Australian Working Rights
Experience as a Care Manager, Facility Manager or equivalent in aged care
Registered Nursing qualification
