We are seeking a passionate Care Manager for a medium-sized residential aged care facility located in Maryborough.
About You:
- Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration.
- Previous experience as Clinical Nurse or Care Manager (highly regarded)
- Minimum 4+ years of experience within aged care.
- Strong understanding of quality and compliance standards in aged care.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Residential Services Manager to maintain quality and compliance governance.
- Implement robust processes to meet internal and external auditing standards.
- Provide leadership in person-centred care, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Utilise your nursing expertise to drive quality outcomes for residents.
