Our client, who has excellent feedback from our nurses, are looking for a Care Manager to assist across both their sites in the same town. Reporting directly to the Residential Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, residents, maintaining Aged Care Quality & Safety Standards, rosters, clinical care and more. With a great program for ongoing development and training both in person and online, you career path will continue to grow in this role.
Mandatory Requirements:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years in a similar management role
- Drivers License & Car
- Already living or relocating to Northern NSW
- Have or willing to obtain Police Check, NDIS, Vaccinations

With 82 residential care places and 8 self-care units across their facilities they are still developing with further expansions excpected to be completed over the coming year.
