We are looking for a special kind of person – a St Vincent’s kind of person. Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.

As a Care Service Employee you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Services Heathcote.

St Vincent's Care Services Heathcote (locally known as John Paul Village) is a 213 bed facility located 35km from Sydney's CBD. It is situated next to the Royal National Park, one of Sydney's real treasures!

This is a permanent part-time position and the successful candidate will have availability to work Night Shifts Monday to Wednesday.

Things that work for us:

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Experience working with residents living with dementia desirable

  • Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification essential

  • Availability to work Night Shifts

  • Ability to use computerised clinical management software such as Autumn Care

  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan

  • An ability to work within a multidisciplinary team

  • Ability to work various shifts

  • Current Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations and National Police Certificate

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
