As a Care Support Associate, you will be maintaining and nurturing long term customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention and growth. You will be delivering high quality customer service, meeting client and relevant internal and external stakeholder requirements.

How you will contribute…
- Assist care owners, care managers, support coordinators through the referral process alongside coordinating service delivery with the Operations team.
- Provide excellent Care Support to resolve, document and escalate incidents to senior management when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer support and experience to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage ongoing client needs and care schedules.
- Support the broader team with operational tasks when necessary.
- Maintain and keep up to date all client records and any care documentation.
- 1-2 years in a client facing role (retail, recruitment, sales)
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to successfully build rapport with clients/customers
- Stakeholder management skills
- Multitask competing priorities, maintaining good time management
- Industry experience is desirable (Aged Care, Disability Care, Community Care)
- Prior experience using CRM is desirable
