Key Responsibilities

About You
- A Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care is essential
- Have compassion, empathy, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of Aged Care residents
- Must be reliable, adaptable and accountable
- Consistently demonstrate humility, integrity, respect, and curiosity
- Able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
