- $30.11 per hour Part-Time (plus Superannuation)
- Travel Allowance of $0.92 km, Salary Packaging options - up to $18,550 tax free

The Opportunity:
Join our team of dedicated professionals in the delivery of high-quality complete care in the home to our clients. Our aspiration is to create a better home care system for all Australians. We are the national leaders of complete care at home and supporting our clients' health and wellbeing.
Our care is delivered to a wide range of clients, including aged care, independent and under 65's.
Day Shift - Monday to Friday. Operational hours 7am-4pm. (some Public Holidays may be required)
A minimum 3-hour shift
We are looking for Care Workers to cover the following areas. Candidates living in, or available to travel to Southern Suburbs (South), highly desired. The areas can include (but not limited) to the following:
East: Campbelltown, Adelaide Hills, Burnside, Norwood, Payneham, St Peters
West: Seaton, Torrensville, Findon, Flinders Park, Netley, Pennington, Glandore, Largs North, Semaphore Park, Mile End, Osborne, Woodville West, Grange, Allenby Gardens, West Lakes, Fulham, Croydon Park, Kidman Park, Cheltenham, Ferryden Park.
North: Ingle Farm, Parafield Gardens, Hope Valley, Salisbury North, Golden Grove, Pooraka, Elizabeth East, Elizabeth Downs, Salisbury, Paralowie, Blakeview, Para Vista, Modbury Heights, Daveron Park, Modbury North, Elizabeth Park, Salisbury East, Para Hills, Elizabeth Vale, Modbury
South: Marion, Mitcham, Woodcroft, Unley, Morphett Vale, Hackham, Onkaparinga Hills
What sets you apart from the rest:
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care or Individual Support (Aged Care)
- A current valid Driver's Licence recognised in South Australia
- Your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
- Experience as a Care Worker with a passion for Community Care and supporting vulnerable people
- Excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of the English language both verbally and written
- Capable and proficient at working alone in client homes to provide personal care, medication assistance, social support, respite care, shopping support, transport assistance, meal preparation, home-exercise programs and domestic assistance
- Able to work with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the physical and emotional needs of clients are met
- Adept at building relationships with clients & their families and working together to ensure values, independence & positivity are the heart of your visit
- Skilled at genuine empathetic support during difficult times for clients and their families
- Capacity to be adaptable & flexible
- Availability to work a minimum of three days per week
- Police Clearance & Working with Children clearance required. We will assist you through this process.
